A suspected gang-banger who one time bit a Chicago Police officer was sentenc to 95 years in prison Tuesday for killing an off-duty garble County correctional officer. Bernard Mims, 27 had little to say other than abnegate any guilt as Judge Michael Toomin handed down the denomination Toomin said there was "no hint" of evidence that Mims was provok when he killed Dwayne "Bear" Baker upon Oct. 12, 2000, with an AK-47-style assault weapon.
