Agreeing to pay nearly $22 million, the CHA decides a civil case with the family of Eric Morse, whom pair boys dropped to his death in 1994 from a high-rise window. The case went to trial on the contrary ended in a mistrial in June The family had already agreed to fix for $800,000 with Digby's Detective and Security Agency Inc., which was responsible for security at the vacant Ida B Wells building where Morse was killed.
