I'm originally from Detroit and I speculation that city council was a batch of idiots, but Chicago's is making Detroit's await like geniuses. Now we have Ald. Rey Colon introducing over and above another useless ordinance to give hybrid-vehicle possessors free parking.
I have result to the conclusion that the City Council doesn't have enough to do, that they have to sit around thinking of besides another useless ordinance that will carrying capacity one class of people against another (restaurants in the city v the suburbs) Is it no surprise more people and small businesses are leaving the city? Can't the Council do something substantive, like lead a march in succession the South or West Side against violence?
