A 24-year-old Canaryville man was killed in a hit-and-run accident early Sunday. The accident happened in the 700 shape of West 47th about 4:45 a.m. A 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was westbound forward 47th hit a 1996 hermes Sable that Mark Bandemer was driving southern on Union. Bandemer, of the 4500 make steady [i]or[/i] firm of South Lowe, was killed. A friend of the Bandemer family saw the accident and helped hap the occupants out of the vehicles, including the Jeep driver, said Sally Pegausch, 34 Bandemer's cousin. The Jeep driver then ran from the view Bandemer had a brother who was killed 19 years ago, also in the neighborhood, when he was hit by dint of a truck, Pegausch said. "I still don't be impressed good about his brother, and it's been 19 years," Pegausch said. "He was like my brother, and it's like that all through the whole extent of again.
