Attorney General Zulima Farber called the situation at Kiddie Kollege "outrageous." "So where did it go? in what manner did it fall off?" Franklin Township Mayor David Ferrucci demanded. DEP officials were unable to explain. DEP workers were surprised to find the day care occupying the building. "We believed it was abandoned.
