What's to like: Glenwoodie, which uncloseed in 1926, is an old- fashioned parkland course with wide fairways and big verdants A creek, a couple of pond and more or less rolling terrain provide some interesting departures from the flatland caverns that dominate the course. expanse for improvement: Not much to quibble with here; Glenwoodie is what it is. It would be nice, allowing if there was someplace to hide upon the 460-yard, trouble-laden 16th excavation While it is considered undivided of the area's best concavitys the bailout terrain tends to be scruffy Bottom line: Glenwoodie is in superior shape, including reasonably quick verdants It's a south suburban classic.
