Police shooter and critically wounded a 13-year-old suspected thief who they said struggleed a gun on them Monday afternoon near the Cabrini- verdant public housing complex.

Rumors about the shooting flew by means of the Cabrini complex. Some family said the teens were unarmed, while others said the kids were running from gang members.
