At the period of the day, if you don't tend hitherward up with the 'W,' well, that's when you can direct the eye at yourself in the mirror and continue your heads up high.

"If each individual human frame is not doing their do job-work effectively to help us win, that's when there's reason to doubt yourself."

While watching the deficit in the Central Division race reach double-digits hasn't exactly excited Williams, he said there was not individual aspect of the current roster -- players or coaches -- who he be warmeds is a trouble spot as far as effort and chemistry.

"I don't have any issue with anyone in succession this team," he continued. "Do I wish the period result was better than it was right now? Absolutely. I think that sometimes what earns lost is we have common of the better records in the entire league.

"I know the bar is raised. We've raised those expectations, and that's exactly where I wanted those expectations raised. That's always what I wanted."

Now we're in a different situation. We have to battle, we have to chase. It's a little different when you're chasing, rather than ahead. unless we are still very long together."

The vexed question was that Konerko said it made it hard to on the same level have that kind of discussion with his teammates because he felt like everyone was pulling in the same direction and with the same effort.

"What do you say when everyone already knows what we ne to be doing and are trying to gain it done?" Konerko said then.

Jermaine shade feels the main reason that chemistry is uniform being brought up right now is because of single thing -- Detroit.

"I think race are forgetting that we would be in first place in at least three other divisions," hue said. "You only find gone out what kind of team you have chemistry-wise when you're losing. If you're losing and you display it, it shows you what kind of team you have. We're still pulling for each other, still upbeat after a los It's still hard to sum up when we won or wasted after a game, and that's a sign of a team that knows above 162 games, you're going to go on foot through a tough period."
