BUYOUT LIFTS ALERIS
Shares of Aleris International Inc., a Beachwood, Ohio-based aluminum manufacturer, missile up 27.7 percent, or $1146 to stop up at $52.85 Tuesday. Aleris has agreed to be bought according to leveraged buyout firm Texas Pacific assign places to for $1.7 billion.
