the same sixtyblue gets an A for service, if it were not that it could have been an A- plus. When asked about the Arctic char, our waiter fumbl in consequence of an answer that had to do with the r snapper family, yet actually Arctic char is of the salmon and trout family, in such a manner he faked it, and had little understanding of what char was all about. forward the other hand, a server at individual sixtyblue noticed that my woven fabric napkin had hit the floor. She brought me a [i]de novo[/i] one and took away the falling white number.

- however the dessert menu at the same sixtyblue is extensive (brioche pudding, chocolate souffle pear tart, black and white creme brulee) and more interesting than at greatest in quantity restaurants, there is much ado about cheese. Cheeses have a menu of their confess and the choices are incredible. You can eschew a standard appetizer course and begin your dinner with a cheese course. "Cheeses from the timber oven" for example. Two possibilities include Camembert with dried pears, almonds, mache and depressed cheese with sliced pears, candied walnuts, Belgian endive salad. Or you can finish your meal with a selection of cheeses that are easily the view with jealousy of any other restaurant around town. These are artisan cheeses (by Sofia Solomon) with 13 choices (serv in 1-ounce portions) that range from a Capriole goat cheese from Indiana to a morbier (France). In between those pair is one of my all-time favorites, a brin d'amour that hails from Corsica.
