Chicago Police are investigating a Tuesday rape upon the South Side and an attempted kidnapping back in July authorities announced this week. The more late was a reported rape that happened about 1 pm in the 6100 stop of South Sangamon. That's where a 16-year-old girl was walking when she was picked up at a man in a older-model sad two-door car, according to a community alert issued by way of police. She described her attacker as a black man with brown sights about 5 feet 8 inches and 130 bruises in his mid-20s. He had a dark complexion and brown braided hair. He was wearing jean shorts, a ghastly and gold jersey, and r white and black athletic shoe Police said that in the same area July 1 three men had attempted to kidnap a 16-year- ancient girl in the 4200 close of South Sacramento.
