A Will shire judge ruled Tuesday that Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher does not have to pay an additional $30000 to shield child care and legal outlays while his custody battle continues against the mother of his 1 1/2-year-old son

"So in what manner is my son supposed to eat?" Tyna Robertson of Joliet cried disclosed in court as Judge Ludwig Kuhar left the bench.

"I single have $6 in my name to support my son" a tearful Robertson later told the Sun-Times outside the courtroom. "I have to have someone watch my child for a like reason I can go to court. Does he [Kuhar] care about that?"

Robertson, 34 generally receives $2,000 a month in child support payments from the football star. on the other hand the amount is insufficient for the Realtor to adequately take care of the lad her lawyer Steve Lake argued.

Lake had asked Kuhar to order Urlacher to pay him $15000 in like manner he could prepare for an Oct 16 child custody trial and another $15000 for Robertson to help her between the sides of the next few months.

"I ne an soup money here for prices not fees. . . The reality is my client is indigent and I have no coin to loan her," Lake said.

$25000 PAID TO EX-LAWYER

Kuhar, rejecting the motion for sudden or unexpected occurrence relief, told Lake he presides throughout many cases where parents receive no child support and glance ated the attorney recoup some of the $25000 Urlacher was ordered to pay Robertson's former attorney Enrico Mirabelli in April.

"I'm trying to be as fair as I can," Kuhar said during the heated hearing.

"No, you're not," Lake replied.

Urlacher, 28 was not in court. His attorney, Donald Schiller, said Robertson and Lake deliberately sought court hearings forward dates when Urlacher would be busy in training camp and unable to take rise to court to defend himself.

"It's a sneak attack in succession their behalf. . . This is a woman who's attempted to exploit persons before," said Schiller, who was allowed to receive all the child's medical records from Robertson. "It's easy to say my client has the cash so give me money."

Lake bounded to his client's defense, describing her as "religious" and adding, "She's leading a wholesome life."

FACES SUIT FROM FLATLEY

Robertson is the same woman who filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against former "Riverdance" dancer Michael Flatley for allegedly raping her in a Las Vegas public-house in 2002. Her suit in that case was dismissed and Flatley is now suing her for defamation and extortion.

She generally lives with her mother and takes the baby to real estate showings because of high day-care outlays Lake said, stressing the ne to equable the legal "playing field" with the millionaire Urlacher.

"I'm disquieted about justice in the courtroom," Lake said following the hearing.

Kuhar will regularity on whether Urlacher needs to increase his monthly child support to Robertson at October's hearing.
