The testimony came in the secondary day of Jackson's trial for the massacre of Paryani in February 2005 Prosecutors allege Jackson, 38 climbed into Paryani's cab after fighting with him across a fare, then ran through the taxi driver three times. Defense lawyers claim Jackson, a former city Department of Public Health employee feared Paryani and had no dominion government over the car.

"His inspections looked distressed. They were bloodshot" said witness Jenna Olson who clashed Jackson as he fled the spectacle "He was walking and pacing a accident I was just trying to calm him down."

Her voice breaking as she wept, witness Katharine Dow said she heard fighting from her third-floor apartment forward West Briar near Cambridge Avenue in Lake View. Going to her window, she saw Jackson and Paryani, 62 shoving each other. She then saw Jackson push the cabdriver in the back of the head, she said.

After a do one's best at the cab's door, Paryani collapsed in the highway Jackson got into the cab, place it into reverse, and accelerated, she said.

Dr Venk Lakshminarayanan heard squealing tires as he got into his Jeep onward Broadway. "His views looked red. . . He didn't seem to answer to me at all," he said. "He just direct the eyeed . . . intoxicated."

'I KNEW HE WAS LYING'

When a cab arrived, Jackson got in it alone, and told Olson " 'Don't worry. I'm with the police'," she said.

"Something didn't be warmed right. I knew he was lying."
