Sorry, Gov Blagojevich, the crying baby excuse ain't gonna wave

The governor screamed at reporters last weekend and wanted them -- and the voting public -- to give him a pass at answering legitimate questions because he was carrying his youngest daughter, who be rent asunder into tears during the interrogation.

lad as a working mom who has had to have knowledge of to find that delicate balance between the piece of work and her child, I was furious that Blagojevich would put to proof to use his offspring in a way no working mother would -- or could -- for aye have done.

Do you know to what degree fast a female governor would have been pilloried if she tried to use her weeping child as an excuse? Oh lordy, lordy. We would have had to number yet again through the whole collective hand-wringing from one side of to the other whether a woman should be holding that column when she had the important do job-work of being a mother. likewise no, I am not going to give permission to our Governor Daddy of Illinois acquire away with this one.

He unfailing shouldn't think he's going to win the sympathetic parent - - in particular, mom -- devoted by using this ploy.

Nope. If anything, that dwarf triggered anger at putting his innocent child in the middle of that situation. Hey, at that avail he was being governor and questioning was fair play. Any working mom would have told him a parent has to know when it's time to propose on the working professional hat.

It's always a dicey proposition when politicians bring their children into the mix. I always be wrought up sorry for the kids and the other parent in the two who has to make their children turn the thoughts picture perfect at that jiffy

Think of other politico kids who've showed their disdain for having to dres up and examine cute for dad or mom's job: Former recent York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's son Andrew, at his first inauguration springs to mind, as does Amy Carter toting a work to presidential dinners.

And trying to blame the media for his little girl's tears? "I've got a baby crying here," Blagojevich was quot as telling reporters. "You dowdys are asking questions like that." Oh please. A cynic might think the tears came at just the right signification for Governor Daddy. (Now I trustworthy hope he didn't pick her up figuring she was forward the verge of tears, knowing that would add to the drama and derail questioning. A politician would not do something like that, would he?)

Governor Daddy was the individual who brought poor Annie, who is simply 3, into the fray. Who among us doesn't figure he did it because a photo of the smiling governor and his family enjoying the State Fair is a nice opportunity for an officeholder and candidate?

Heck, he wouldn't have been the first politician to prove to take the heat facing an uncomfortable issue. In this case, the questioning touched whether it was plausible that his office was in the dark about whether certain methods were bent for some politically uniteed job applicants.

moreover it all went sour when the media, that popular scapegoat, didn't obstruction the shield of Blagojevich's wife and irascible probably tired, children, get in the way of their piece of works Good for those reporters.

Governor Daddy should quit using his kids in of that kind an unseemly fashion. All he would have had to do was answer the tough questions when the kids weren't in tow. Then he wouldn't have been asked them when he and the family were revealed enjoying a day at the fair.
