A falsify County jury deliberating in the manslaughter trial of a former city employee accused of killing a cabdriver was sent hearth early Saturday after a juror became ill and had to be hospitalized.

The man got sick forward the bus ride from a inn to the courthouse at 26th and California in succession Saturday morning. The jury was sent to the inn late Friday by Judge James Schreier after more than six hours of deliberations in the case against Michael Jackson, 38

The juror was described as "vomiting and dehydrated" by dint of some court personnel. There was speculation that bad milk from the public-house was to blame. He was sent to a hospital for several hours as a precaution. The jurors are to take back deliberations at 10 a.m. Monday.

"Stay healthy," Schreier told the remaining jurors.

Jackson, an ex-city Public Health Department worker, is accused of killing Haroon Paryani, 62 from driving Paryani's Ford Crown Victoria cab through his body three times.

Prosecutors said Jackson, a passenger in Paryani's taxi, intentionally aimed at Paryani, who cruel to the ground shortly after the sum of two units scuffled over the cab fare. nevertheless Jackson's attorneys maintain that Paryani was the aggressor, bullying Jackson when Jackson professed that the $8 fare should have been single $4.
