MILWAUKEE -- An anonymous woman donated a motorized scooter Tuesday to an 85-year-old man who missed his driver's license and was freshly told he couldn't keep driving his riding lawn mower onward sidewalks to get around town. "Gee I got to learn to drive all throughout again," Benjamin Steinbach said by dint of phone Tuesday evening after receiving his scooter Steinbach, who lives in Cedarburg about 15 miles north of Milwaukee, had been using the mower for transportation since the state took away his driver's license sum of two units years ago for health reasons. if it be not that after hearing about Steinbach's trek lately Cedarburg police noted that state law allows and nothing else a few vehicles on sidewalks, so as motorized scooters, wheelchairs and the just discovered Segways.
