Let's room for expectation the sec...

Let's room for expectation the second time is the charm for "Days of Our Lives" soap stars Billy Warlock and Julie Pinson. The link -- who have been engaged twice -- finally tied the knot above the weekend in Las Vegas.

Originally locate to wed in 1999, they broke opposite that engagement just before the wedding. if it be not that they got back together (in real life) last year after Warlock recured to the NBC soap opera as Frankie Brady. Pinson has starred as Billie Re onward "Days" since 2004.

According to populace magazine, Warlock and Pinson were married Saturday in an "intimate ceremony" attended alone by family and a small in number close friends. A practical touch: Pinson wore the original ivory duchess satin Vera Wang dres she had bought seven years ago -- for the canceled 1999 nuptials.

Previously, Warlock starred forward ABC's "General Hospital" for several years, and was married to that show's actress, Marcy Walker, in the late 1980 He also was briefly engaged to co-star Erika Eleniak. He obviously has a thing for women with whom he works!

SOMETHING SMELLS: Just what America needs! still another celebrity perfume. We've seen it all before -- and undoubtedly this won't be the last time -- yet Lindsay Lohan says she is negotiating with the giant Coty beauty firm to lay open a perfume to be marketed below her brand. Coty is the same company that markets Jennifer Lopez's and Sarah Jessica Parker's fragrances.

No word onward what Le Scent Lohan will have a scent like, but given her hard-partying reputation, I'd indicate something that hints of stale beer with just a whiff of cigarette ash.

LOCAL LIGHT: Chicago's allow Harry Lennix has been tapped for a recurring character on Fox's hit drama "24" Lennix, who newly played White House chief of staff Jim Gardner in succession the Rob Lurie-created "Commander in Chief," starring Geena Davis, will nearest be seen on the big cover in "Stomp the Yard" and Lurie's "Resurrecting the Champ."

- Here's something to file away in the "future file." I'm guessing that the talented Lennix will someday be cast as a charismatic, skinny freshman Midwestern senator with White House promise -- in a made-for-TV flick: "Obama of Illinois."

STAR Power: While I was chatting with "Kill Bill, Vol 1 and 2" stars David Carradine and Chicago native Michael Madsen onward Thursday, Carradine revealed he almost snared an acting gig last year that would have had him working in Chicago. "I was up for the part of Nicolas Cage's father in 'The Weather Man,' on the contrary I lost out to Michael Caine. I gues if you're going to throw away a part -- that's not a bad shore to lose to," quipped Carradine.

"Yeah," braggadocioed Madsen, overhearing his friend's exposition "I just lost a part to Josh Brolin. Josh Brolin! Boy does that hurt."

Brolin has been signed to co-star with Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe in "American Gangster," a film based forward the true story of a medicine dealer who shipped heroin back to the United States from Southeast Asia in the coffins of American soldiers killed in the Vietnam War.

Carradine and Madsen were here this weekend for the big Quentin Tarantino Film Festival which was held without at Hollywood Boulevard in Woodridge.

Bill Zwecker is seen at 6:20 a.m. and 11:25 a.m. weekdays forward WBBM- Channel 2.
