knock Dylan has signed on to be united of the first acts -- if not the first -- to perform at the just discovered Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates.

Dylan and opening act Kings of Leon will appear at 7:30 pm Oct 27 and 28 at the 11,800-seat multipurpose arena. The venue is adjacent to the Prairie Stone business park, between the Illinois 59 and Beverly Road exits from the Northwest Tollway.

Tickets have nevertheless to go on sale.

Dylan's fall tour -- supporting his just discovered CD, "Modern Times," to be released onward Tuesday -- also will take him to the Kohl Center in Madison, Wis., for a Halloween night present to view with the Foo Fighters opening with an acoustic locate

Dylan also is appearing upon Google Video, with seldom-seen footage that includes a 1969 performance with Johnny Cash of "Girl From the North Country" and Dylan's "60 Minutes" interview with ed Bradley.

The $70 million Sears middle point will also be the domicile of the Chicago Storm soccer team, the Chicago dog s of the United Hockey League and the Chicago Shamrox of the National Lacrosse League. The arena has 2500 parking spaces onward site.
