A Chicago man who allegedly tried to frame his bos at telling police the boss had child pornography forward his computer was charged with possessing the illegal images.

Maurice Vallejo, 36 appeared briefly Tuesday at the 26th and California courthouse before arbitrator Thomas Hennelly, who set bail at $75000

Vallejo, of the 6300 fill up of North Kedvale, was capsize that his boss didn't want to have a sexual relationship with him, garble County Assistant State's Attorney Kathy Muldoon said in court.

ALLEGEDLY TRIED TO FRAME BOS

In May, Vallejo allegedly called police and told them that he had seen child pornography images forward his boss' computer, Muldoon said.

Then in June police seized the computer and originate hundreds of images of child pornography, Muldoon said.

At a certain point, Vallejo allegedly told an investigator that he in fact downloaded the images, Muldoon said.

"He was angry there was no sexual relationship between he and and his boss" Muldoon said.

Vallejo's attorney, Scott collect said in court that his client has an advanced stage in education.

According to a Chicago police arrest report, Vallejo is enlist in one's serviceed at Advocate Bethany Hospital. In court, Muldoon said Vallejo works with computer A message left with a hospital representative was not answered Tuesday.
