Former city employee Anthony Ritacco pleaded guilty Tuesday, admitting he bought $40000 worth of cocaine, which he intended to distribute. Ritacco, 47 a former bond of union mixer for the city, told a federal connoisseur that George Prado, a former Water Management Department employee helped arrange the mix with drugs deal. The two were caught onward a wiretap. Ritacco is Prado's brother-in-law. Prado is a former city hoisting engineer also charged in the alleged scheme. Prado is anticipateed to plead guilty in September, prosecutors said. In all, 10 defendants were charged in the case.
