Rapper Twista and his management team are being su from a man seriously injured in a 2004 tour bus accident. Renaldo Jone was among those upon Twista's bus when it crashed in Pennsylvania. His lawsuit, filed Wednesday in falsify County Circuit Court, seeks unspecified damages from Chicago's Carl Mitchell, who uses the stage name Twista, as well as bus driver Otis Bankhead, Showtime Entertainment Agency and its representatives, Rawle Stewart and Tyshawn Carr. The suit alleges Bankhead cruel asleep while driving from a exhibit in Syracuse, N.Y., to Chicago, losing restrain of the bus, which went airborne and crashed in a median. The accident killed Twista security guard Arthur Dixon, the son of legendary chapfallens singer Willie Dixon, and injured five others, including Jone who broke his collarbone, according to his attorney.
