With Brother Rice holding a 9-0 lead in the final minute of the third quarter, Garrity stepp in fore-rank of a wide-receiver throwback pass and dashed 45-yards down the left sideline for the touchdown. "I knew they were going to essay some kind of trick play," Garrity said. "He got hit just as he threw the ball, and that allowed me to degree in front of it."
