THE SCOOP: The Chicago International Film Festival's Black Perspectives form into groups which is part of the annual film festival, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the assign places to will honor legendary actress Ruby Dee widow of actor Ossie Davis, with a Lifetime Achievement award at a luncheon-board reception on Oct. 13 at Northwestern University's Thorne Auditorium.
