A Naperville man whose soaked driving killed his 17-year-old friend was spared prison in 2001 when the victim's parents begged for leniency. nevertheless since then, Sean McNees has been jailed for probation violations that include another drunk driving arrest and one for cocaine possession. forward Tuesday, prosecutors sought a prison word in a resentencing hearing for McNees' original reckles homicide conviction in the death of Stacey Blundell of Naperville, who died in the 2001 crash. McNee was sentenc to probation for the crash after Blundell's parents asked a DuPage shire judge to be lenient, saying their daughter would have wanted her friend to have a other chance.
