RACINE, Wis. -- A man wanted for allegedly killing a 7-Eleven recorder in Michigan over a taco has been arrested in Wisconsin, the U Marshals Service said Tuesday. Kenyatta Davis, 35 was arrested late Friday, the U Marshals Service said. Marshals and the Racine shire sheriff's department, acting on a tip, ground Davis at a home in downtown Racine, according to substitute Marshal Paul Koenig. Davis, of Shelby Township, Mich., tried to escape public a basement window but was fruitless because the house was encloseed Koenig said.
