RACINE, Wis. -- A man wanted for allegedly killing a 7-Eleven recorder in Michigan over a taco has been arrested in Wisconsin, the U Marshals Service said Tuesday.

Kenyatta Davis, 35 was arrested late Friday, the U Marshals Service said.

Marshals and the Racine shire sheriff's department, acting on a tip, ground Davis at a home in downtown Racine, according to substitute Marshal Paul Koenig.

Davis, of Shelby Township, Mich., tried to escape public a basement window but was fruitless because the house was encloseed Koenig said.

Davis allegedly argued with a 7-Eleven accountant on Aug. 24 in Sterling Heights, Mich. from one side of to the other the price of $1.16 taco before Davis responded to his vehicle, got a fire-arm and shot clerk Wajed Ali Baig four times, the U Marshals Service said. Baig was a father of three

Davis was being held Tuesday in the Racine shire Jail awaiting extradition to Michigan, Koenig said.
