I am writing this alphabetic character between tears. My son, Mark Bandemer, was killed onward July 30. Traffic laws ne to be changed. There should be more than sum of two units traffic police per ward; it should be common per neighborhood. People go end red lights and stop signs, and nothing is done about it. Reckles drivers have no regard for life.
The man who killed my son fl The police were at the sight but did not pursue him. A not many days later, at his wake, they were ticketing cars. Please call your alderman to support more traffic police. Something has to be done.
