Denise Levertov is an English-born author of poems who emigrated to the United States in 1948 The Spring-Summer 1966 issue of Chicago Review featured sum of two units poems, a short piece of fiction, and pages from her notebooks; in the latter, she discusses the poetics of Charles Olson who (with other Black Mountain imaginative thinker [i]or[/i] writers such as Robert Duncan and Robert Creeley) had a great influence forward her work.
